Our shipping & refund policy applies to all our customers using our website. This policy governs all our shipping and delivery activities.
Shipping methods
We provide free express shipping to all areas we are currently operating. With express delivery, you can receive the product within 2 to 14 working days, depending on your location and the accessibility of our delivery partners. Meanwhile, some areas need to be covered in our express shipment. In such events, we provide standing shipping services, which will take 10-18 working days for the order to be delivered to such locations.
Express shipment to free for all our new and existing customers, available at a minimum order amount of $149.
Average estimated delivery time:
- 2-5 working days for the United States
- 3-7 working days for Canada
Shipment procedure
The shipment procedure starts immediately as soon as you complete the payment procedure. If you pay via credit card, we will confirm the order as soon as we receive the payment in my system.
We ship the order within 24 to 72 hours of the order confirmation. Once the order is shipped, we will send you an order tracking id in your email, where you can check the estimated delivery date and the location of your package.
Note:
Confirmation of an order doesn’t necessarily guarantee a delivery from us. We reserve the right to cancel or deny an order if:
- It is out of stocks
- We suspect you ordered is fake
- You ordered the same product repeatedly at the same address from multiple accounts
The privacy of our customers is the top priority of our company. Therefore, we maintain full discreetness while delivering your products by not mentioning the product name in the package.
Refund policy
To ensure a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers, we have implemented our company’s lenient and easy-to-follow return and refund policies.
You can return or request a reshipment of an order and get a full refund, if:
- You received a defective item
- The product is expired
- You received the wrong item
- You didn’t receive all the items
- You didn’t receive the item within the promised estimated date of delivery
We also offer 100% refund and reshipment for orders lost during transit. In such circumstances, we will notify you and give you an option for a full refund or a reshipment.
Note:
You can return or ask for a reshipment within seven business days of receiving the order by sending us an email along with the order no., contacting our support team, or requesting through the website.
Cancellation Policy
Per our policy, you can cancel the orders as long as they are not shipped.
Eligibility criteria for a refund
- The item must be returned in its original condition.
- You must have the labels, invoice, and product cover intact.
- Partially used products will not be accepted.
- You should be the one who received the order (not eligible for refund or reshipment if someone else accepted the product on your behalf)
- You cannot return a product because of a prescription change.
Note: You must provide your accurate shipping and billing address, including your contact number, Pincode, and landmark (if applicable).
Refund is not possible if you provide us wrong address while ordering the product, which leads to issues like:
- You didn’t receive the product
- Order delivered elsewhere
- The order got delivered late
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- We usually initiate the refund within two working days.
- Recheck your bank account if you still need to receive your refund.
So, contact your credit card company if you made the payment via credit card. It may take some processing time for to refund amount to reflect in your account.
